Behold! The unbroken 14-inch rough in toilet! The first toilet’s base arrived broken, and not well packaged. I called Wayfair, and they immediately sent out a whole new toilet, even though the tank arrived unscathed. I was really nervous about the second one arriving broken as this was the very last key to the bathroom remodel, and I am ready to have my bathroom back. Luckily, they packaged the second base a lot better, and I also was able to manage being outside when the FedEx driver pulled up, to make sure he treated it well, which he did. Also, when the plumber was installing this toilet, he mentioned that the Cadet Pro is the toilet he recommends to people, so that felt good knowing I bought a decent one. Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well.
