We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. They were what I needed. Pretty easy to setup. Shipping put a ding in one that made the enter door fall off the rod but found the clip for the rod in the box and a little work with a pair of plyers on the door it was as good as the other ones. I added one screw to th side panel that holds the front panel door open where they could get use to eating out of it before letting the door close and requiring them to push it open to eat.. Tyrone.
