Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

I love this ice maker! It makes ice very quickly and cubes come out whole instead of in chunks. When I turn it on it makes a batch within minutes. The only downside is it doesn’t hold a lot of ice, so if I need a larger quantity I have a container my freezer that I can fill, also very quickly. At first I was concerned that there is no access to the ice because my old ice maker used to jam up, however, I have had no issues so far. The water dispenser is also a nice feature. It still has a plastic-like taste, but that should go away. The ice has no taste, just clean & clear. One of the major benefits is that it uses a water line which I have an inline filter attached to so there’s no need to fill it up all the time. This is a great water dispenser. Installation was straightforward. No special skill need except for common sense. The flow rate is good. Cold & Hot water temperature control are good. Only problem I had was the drip tray gets fill up quickly and spill over to the carpet. The red float indicator is not obvious enough and by the time it surface it's too late.
