It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped. Works great and is very lightweight. Only marking down 1 star because it seems to work better with windows that openclose left to right vs. up and down, unless your window is a certain size.
