I do like how the cabinets look. The doors have a soft close, but the drawers do not. Out of the four boxes, one box arrived four days later and it had damaged pieces. The customer service was able to replace the pieces, however, they also arrived four days after they said they would get here. Even the replacement pieces had damaged corners, but they were usable. Love the armoire put together! It’s slightly lighter in color than in the pictures but I like it! It’s really nice and perfect for what I was looking for. Directions are confusing and not in English - took about 4 hours for my fiancé and I to put together and there were some extra pieces that were never mentioned. The pegs that hold up some of the shelves don’t look like the picture and there’s two screws that are almost exactly the same besides a cm difference in length that were in the same bag and one of them was never used anyways.
