I just got the microwave so this is not yet a long term purchase. However it arrived packed well and easy to put on the counter. It was, however, heavy so my sister helped me. It was easy to operate and I like the fact it has a handle to open the door. It is 1100 watts so is powerful. Everything I fixed so far, has been perfect. I’m happy with my purchase.. Anonymous.
