The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Well built and sturdy. The directions are easy to follow. I had trouble with some of the screws that went in the front panel from the inside. I did get them after some frustration.
