My electricians installed 9 of these into our new house with Spitfire Fanimation fans so that we wouldn't need to mount remotes on our walls. I select this switch option because we do not have light kits with our fans. No issues with install but I find the the lowest setting on the switch is still really fast. It seems like there needed to be at least another one or two lower speed settings on these switches. Great addition for your Fanimation fan. I have installed these on each of the five Fanimation fans I've purchase (exception being for an incompatible DC model). Worked for 5 minutes then stopped working. Red lights come on when I press the buttons, and the fan and light still work with manual controls but the remote does nothing. And it’s pretty flimsy so maybe not surprising. Would like a refund!. Anonymous. QC. Wed Nov 11 2020
