I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. I am 100% convinced that the sink is never going to move with these underneath it. Highly recommend this product should you ever find yourself in the need for support!. Dale. New Mexico. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. The header comes with a safety T-lock that ensures the unit’s stability. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for the installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce the water they recommend placing the interior panel closest to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape.
