I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great! I The fridge came damaged !!! What a waste of time ! It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting. Setting this up for the purpose of the using it to store dry snacks and minimize our current chaos. The dimensions are a good size. I haven't fully finished it up yet as I didn't have a stapler but do have the other tools required. I plan to top it with a butcher block which should pair well with my envisioned vibe. The process of the instructions seems informative enough though they were torn. Much better instructions than some other companies provide. Overall packaging is good, everything is included and packed in seperated boxes with protective material. The quality feels sturdy. I like the clean lines and how the white looks. I use this fridge for large amounts of greens, which I keep for my bunnies. It has a lot of room, considering its size, and it doesn't weigh much, so I can slide it around easily on a piece of cardboard. It took me a bit to find the temperature adjust wheel in the back (find it before you put stuff in there!) and it took a few tries to find the optimum temperature setting. I'm not 100% sure the temperature is even throughout the inside. It's a great value, though, seems to hold its temperature and keep things cool, and I like that it qualifies as an Energy Star appliance.
