Washer works well. It is reasonably quiet and has low vibration levels. Overall capacity is good, especially compared to our previous 20+ year-old washer. This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. I would have given this oven 5 stars except the controls are too hard to read well. I also mounted it under the counter which adds to the difficulty. All other features are top notch. It cooks evenly throughout the different cooking options and is very easy to use. We got the black stainless steel and it looks beautiful.
