FedEx did a poor job of dropping this door off at our home but it wasnt damaged even though they were rough to the box. I've had others that are very hard to get out of the tube, even using a caulking gun. So that's a plus. Next, it's a very smooth product that came out of the tube without skipping. It also dried quickly, which is a plus when you're on a time crunch and need to get done fast. All in all, it's a great product. The smell, of course, was bad, but usually is with sealant. We did a total remodel of our shower, and I wanted a door with a clean and modern look. This one is WONDERFUL. Since installation was beyond our capability, I did have a contractor install it. He said that it was easy to install but advised 2 people to complete the task. The door arrived in 4 packages, and all the parts were present. We have hard water, so I especially love that the glass has a special coating to minimize spoting. I like that the door has the ability to be installed to swing inward or outward.
