A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This smart toilet is definitely smart! It opens up every time I walk by it. It’s going to take a little bit of a learning curve to figure out all of its abilities. It was easy to clean (my cats have made it their new hang out spot). It is also pretty short for a chair, but if you buy the extensions it would make a really nice chaise lounge to read a book on in the summer. It’s firm, but comfortable and supportive. I had this desk for 4 years! It has a good amount of surface area and I like the storage cubbies. Not hard to put together. Be aware that the white top surface scratches very easily and even a couple drops of liquid will damage it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge improvement from what I had. Very quiet, which is a huge deal with an open floor plan in my house. If I could change anything, it would be to make it more easy to work friendly. My pans do not come clean, the food is off but the stain rings are on sides and bottom. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
