Wow! I’ve been dying to see these walls for about 5 weeks. They were delivered right after Thanksgiving for our bathroom remodel, and they took up a LOT of garage space since then. The packaging was larger than the 5x8 ft wall size by at least 6” in every direction. There was some damage to the cardboard one one edge, but there was no damage to the product. Unfortunately the delivery drivers placed the package upside down, so I couldn’t even glance at the marble effect. I was afraid to try to flip it to look at it. I was worried that it might look tacky, the way some “marble” products have busy pattern repeats or weird colors (like the “marble” shower base we returned that was “marbled” with purple and brown streaks.). But I did not need to worry! These wall panels are fantastic! The marble effect is very subtle and natural looking. We made sure we had room to store them flat until our contractor could install them, which finally happened today! They have a matte, lightly textured feel that is similar to tile, but no grout lines to scrub!. The crew commented many times how luxe it all looks. My contractor will caulk it on Friday when he installs the new toilet and vanity, and then we can try it out on Sunday! I looked at every possible wall material before settling on these. kit# 2 luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. I’ve already gotten compliments on these panels. They add a much needed accent to a wall that was way too bare. They also are not overwhelming to the space but do add an illusion of height. I dropped one star for assembly issues. I started with liquid nails but no matter how long I held them, they slipped out of place when I let go. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, continuous silicone bead all the way around the panel about ½” from the edge to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.
