I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41.
