I love this hood. I couldn't find a black one in local stores, so I was happy to find this one. When it first arrived it was dented, but the manufacturer replaced it. Our contractor vented it outside the house. He had to put some trim at the top to cover the holes, but it looks great! Pro500SS - we recently installed this hood ourselves and was ab easy install. The instructions were easy to follow. We are very satisfied with this hood. The exhaust is really good, easy to use contol panel and we like how it looks in our kitchen. We previously had a microwave hood combo and was not good. This model has 4 strength settings and can be controlled by a wave of the hand and by bluetooth. Its easy to clean. We definitely would recommend this product to family and friends.. Tolentog.
