I absolutely love this new home addition. I won’t credit myself as being a handy person but surprisingly was also able to install it myself. It was super easy to install. I took off one star only because I wish the pressure spray button would lock in place but it has to be held down manually. Otherwise, it’s a great feature that makes my otherwise mid pressure water clean at a higher pressure. The added rain spray feature is a plus for washing fruit and vegetables and actually is soft.. UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. I really wish it would have fit in our main kitchen, however, our kitchen sink back splash is made different and it wouldn’t allow us to install it there. We did put it our first floor utility room, and we use it quite a bit! Very durable and the hands free makes it an absolute MUST in our home!
