You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use.
