*EDIT/UPDATE: After using a couple spoons one night, not sure what happened but they both turned black and weird. They have 10yr warranty, so need to contact manufacturer, but still... never had ANY flatware, even after 15+ years if use, look like this. Flatware set itself is nice, and delivery via FedEx was a day earlier than expected, but the PACKAGING was a mess. The Flatware box was shipped in another box probably 8-10 times its size for some reason, and when i opened the big, "main" box the entire flatware set had fallen out of its own "branded" box, all the packaging, warranty cards, etc. I guess not a huge deal, but who's packing this stuff??? Looked literally THROWN into the box with different sized bubble wrap thrown in on top. Not WRAPPED in the bubble wrap (literally has wrap in the name). I was really hoping I didnt have to post a negative review, but after receiving the last email from Chevon F. from Wayfair, telling me I need to file a police report for my missing cabinet or nothing can be done has resulted in a negative review. I ordered this item 12162024, finally received it 123124, delivered by Waylander, who I would never recommend, they delivered a palette with one little box wrapped to it. When I opened it, all that was on it was A DOOR, the cabinet door. Nothing else. I immediately called and spoke to customer service on 142025, she said they are putting in for a replacement item, no problem, then received an email stating my replacement order has been canceled. At this point I just want it all canceled and my 202.09 credited back. Was told no problem. Email today from Chevon F. Wayfair saying nothing can be done until I get a police report. Problem is, I was here, I got the package, only a DOOR!! My cabinet is either with Wayfair or Waylander. At this point, I would not recommend ordering anything from Wayfair. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them, but to put through this run around is not worth it. In total I have spoken to 3 customer service reps, all telling me no problem.
