I ordered this beautiful door, I received a door within a week, unfortunately it was the wrong door, sent it back with ease from Wayfair and re ordered the door, wrong door again, Wayfair graciously picked up the wrong door, I ordered the door from another company to see if i had the same experience , again the wrong door, I believe the company that Wayfair buys it from is confused. Needless to say I had to switch doors, ordered from another company and still have not received my door after 2 months, what is with barn doors? Got these for a house renovation. We haven’t had a chance to hang them. The color is carbon grey. Revised: Hung them and they are light weight and beautiful. The handles I had to buy. These doors are absolutely gorgeous! I love them and they look beautiful in my basement. They do need to be put together and then installed. I like it! Decided to change out old folding doors with this barn style door. There were no pre drilled holes for some of the hardware but overall simple self explanatory instructions. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. Pros: good quality, good communication from manufacturer, really cool aesthetic with a high end custom look. Cons: doesn’t come with hardware, size was off and had to be cut down, installation took about 4 hours by an experienced GC (could not imagine doing this myself).
