The second and bigger issue was that one of the water-line connection hoses was a couple of inches too short. The major brand faucet it replaced had hoses that were plenty long, so I can only assume those on this faucet are shorter than standard. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
