We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. This is a pretty product overall. However I ordered brass handles but it came with a brown color feels like made from plastic not brass metal or anything close to it so it’s a bit disappointing. I was expecting it to be similar color as my Forno range so it’s not. Anonymous. Thu Mar 05 2026
