The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Unfortunately...it is currently in my dining room waiting for work to be done before we can install. But it came as described and is absolutely beautiful...and even larger than I imagined. A bit of trouble with the delivery drivers not being able to bring it through the front door as stated, but fortunately our contractor was here so we had three guys to get it through the front door..
