Classic, functional, reversible. Our best-selling maple carving board features an indented side to cradle while carving—and a flat side for daily prep. Both surfaces feature an ample juice groove. The extra thickness on this board provides greater stability while carving. With features on both sides, they can be used for everyday meals and used with pride on ceremonial occasions as well. The perfect board for holiday roasts or poultry.

It’s a great medium large size with deep grooves. It’s heavy enough to not slide around but light enough that washing it isn’t too cumbersome. The coloring is a bit splotchy and some areas (the corners of the grooves) could be sanded better. But overall it appears very functional and easy to live with. A great design for an all purpose cutting board. It’s not big enough for the occasional 25 lb turkey but it’s plenty big enough for frequent daily use, which is perfect.. Mina. Melrose, MA. It features a reversible stainless steel door with a left hand door swing and pro style handle.The stainless steel kickplate completes the look. The front-breathing cooling system allows for built-in installation, while the fully finished black cabinet also lets you use the icemaker freestanding. This unit includes a built-in pump to allow for more flexible placement. We include both a drain hose and water supply hose. Automatic defrost ensures minimum user maintenance. This unit produces up to 45 pounds of clear cube-shaped ice in a day cycle. The removable bin can hold up to 25 pounds.
