Wayfair had the best price in town on these garage cabinets. They came almost fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was put the legs on the bottom in the shelves inside. This cart was not difficult to put together. I was surprised to see it has brakes on the wheels. It is a little flimsy, the metal is thin, but it rolls around easily and will hold several brooms, rakes and other items for outdoors.
