Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in). Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others.
