Installed this color-changing bathroom fanlight recently and overall I’m really happy with it. Wayfair sent the wrong color since we wanted the matte black one, but support helped. The fan moves air well, the light is bright enough. Color modes are the fun bonus that makes the whole bathroom feel more modern. It’s great to have options… normal white light for getting ready, softer tones for nighttime, and color modes when you want a little vibe. That said, installation was a bit trickier than a standard fan because this unit has multiple functions (light fan color modes). We only had one existing electrical feed at the vent, and while the instructions said additional wiring was “optional,” we wanted to unlock the full potential so we ran an extra line to be able to control everything properly. We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited.
