I purchased a cal king reversible down alternative comforter for an insert to my duvet cover for a guest bed. I wanted it to be white and not too heavy. This very soft blanket looks very similar to the chenille cotton tufted blankets of yesteryear. It is the softest blanket I have now. The raised design is not noticeable as you use this blanket. It is very light and warm. The color is a warm rose and not as the color appears on your computer screen. The color is most similar to the 3rd picture above.
