I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. My family ribs me endlessly over my precious sink! It was shipped in the Arc of the Covenant. We had to use an engine hoist outfitted with a support bar to move the piece into position. It came with brackets and parts to hang on the wall, but at 400 pounds, the wall would have had to have been designed with this in mind. Instead, I did a Frankenstein bit to a thrift store oak kitchen table. We built a box out from the wall for plumbing access. Still working on getting the correct pipes and equipment, but I will have my sink eventually! Note for those looking: PLAN! It's ridiculously heavy, but oh so pretty.
