When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Hansgrohe RainDrain from influencer for my honest review the product came very well protected the design is very sleek very nice the product is very good quality very durable easy to maintain took my brother in law about an hour or so to install have only had it installed for about a week everything is working great so far I definitely would recommend this product.
