These chairs are amazing. They are exactly as pictured and were easy to put together! The directions were very clear and hardware was all included. They look great on our front porch! This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me.
