I’m giving this four stars. That’s due to the poor documentation that comes to the lamp. It was only after I went back and looked at the reviews that I realized you have to leave the lamp plugged in for an hour or so. Also having extra batteries on hand is helpful. We love this 48" long string of lights and how it brings warm light to any back patio or porch. The strand comes complete with 15 standard bulbs – they're evenly spaced with three feet between each socket.
