[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Overall very good for a narrow profile stove for a small condo unit. However, the available specifications suggested there was open space at the back for power and gas lines, but this is not the case. There is only about 3" on either side, which required moving electrical outlets and the gas line in order for this to slide into place properly. Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. This is a reproduction of Charles Patterson's oil painting depicting the batlle between the USS Frigate Constitution and the HMS Java, December 1812. The USS Constitution commanded by Captain William Bainbridge, exchanging broadsides with the British Frigate Java off Brazil early in the action. During nearly two hours of battle, Java was dismasted and had to surrender. Her damage was so severe that she had to be burned.
