We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. It's great, except for one, very important, thing, which may be a shipping error. There was no plastic edging/sweep (or whatever it's called) for the bottom of the glass door to prevent leaking from beneath the door, which came as a surprise the first time I used the shower! This is a fine product. The team that installed my doors put the entire unit in backward. After almost a year of it being improperly installed, the door started giving us problems. I had a my father, a skilled contractor, try to fix the problem. It wasn't until we spoke to the customer service team at Aston, that we realized what the error was. The trouble shooting team, Andre in particular, are to be commended for their impeccable customer service. Andre skillfully identified the exact issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to fix what was wrong. This was honestly THE BEST and most helpful customer service I have ever experienced.
