This is a fine product. The team that installed my doors put the entire unit in backward. After almost a year of it being improperly installed, the door started giving us problems. I had a my father, a skilled contractor, try to fix the problem. It wasn't until we spoke to the customer service team at Aston, that we realized what the error was. The trouble shooting team, Andre in particular, are to be commended for their impeccable customer service. Andre skillfully identified the exact issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to fix what was wrong. This was honestly THE BEST and most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. I am very happy with this product and even more satisfied by the level of customer service I received. After we deleted the 1st one, she worked. I stayed in the 5 ghz. In my router. She doesn’t understand cups for filling the coffee pot and her ounces are way off. This is the second time I have used this sink. I love the size. Plenty large enough to soak big pans flat. It’s also deep enough that you can’t see what’s soaking in an open concept floor plan.
