Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. We didn’t do “slow close” doors, and I think that the weight of the doors will prevent us from ever needing that. We still need to have them framed out, and hardware installed.. Danielle. Denver, CO. It arrived in good shape. No damage to package. The jamb was straight forward to assemble. We knew that the door would require mortising for the hinges so did not have a problem with it. Beautiful door and very heavy. You definitely need to have someone install that is strong, as the door is heavy. You also need to make sure you're hitting studs or that you have a support beam installed. I ended up having a support beam put in. Also, you should be aware that this door sticks out from the wall a bit so you will have a gap on either side, which is not ideal - but I'll live with it as it's just a pantry.. Karen. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Now if the TV or one of us saying something similar to "Hi Awoco" (prompt for commands) gets her talking we have a good chuckle.. Norma. Ware, MA. Sat Feb 14 2026

Door was as pictured. Quality seems good and it’s got a nice solid feel. We made the required holes and such to hang it and it’s sitting perfectly in the doorway.
