We couldn’t be happier with this pergola. The materials feel sturdy, well-made, and built to last, and the modern design completely transformed the look of our deck . The standout feature is definitely the adjustable louvered roof. Being able to fully open it for sunshine, completely close it for shade or light rain, or position it anywhere in between gives us incredible flexibility throughout the day. It’s one of the main reasons we chose this pergola. Assembly took us about 5 hours, with most of the work being done by one person and occasional help from a second person when needed. We did make a mistake during assembly that was entirely our fault, and it probably cost us at least an hour to correct. Had we not made that error, the installation would have gone even faster. The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them.. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not.
