we have had the PTS9000SNSS oven now for a couple of months. So far it has been doing a great job cooking in all modes including convection. It has a nice connectivity. I was very unhappy about about the glide out rack as I was told it was full extension and it actually is only about a 3/4 extension. It also didn't come with a broiler pan.
