Was very tired of hand held water filter pitchers. I needed something with a stationary spout and filters that lasted for maybe a couple of months as well as good tasting water. The stainless steel container is preferable to plastic and the filters last a lot longer. Now I don’t have to store f use refrigerator or cupboard space for all the spare water bottles and pitchers. So far I do like this it does make the water taste a lot better. Its not quite as cold as I would like I have a 32 oz water bottle and Im about halfway of filling it the water gets warm since its refilling the tank as it goes, but some ice cubes would fix that. The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The main faucet sprayer has 3 functions: regular flow of water, spray flow and best of all, a super sprayer. It really removes the stubborn stuff. That was an unexpected, happy benefit.
