Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Any cookware that I hold as a treasure ,you will only find one brand :Circulon .Eventhough I experimented with other brands ,its only Circulon which has consistently comforted me with sustainability.
