Legs and a top. That's it. Yet this handsome console is simply stunning in what it delivers. High style. Reclaimed pine timbers reveal their history, and the exaggerated dovetails demonstrate timeless construction detail. Due to the solid four-inch-thick top, seasonal splits are not only expected but create the inherent beauty of this table.

Ordered and while it took some time to arrive, was on backorder, it made it. Delivery was easy came in a single box, assembly required best to have two people but I managed on my own. Unboxing was pretty easy and once I found installation instructions I realized I was on my own. Instructions showed two photos that were the same, one said finished with no other text ; ) very funny. That funny bit aside, pretty straight forward install except some of the notched fittings we very difficult to install and it took a rubber mallet and a lot of whacks to get the top so it was flush. Screws aligned nicely. After about an hour, all done. Again my wish is that Wayfair offered a service to pick up boxes and foam, even if I had to pay for it... This is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. Expensive, but completely worth the cost. To have a piece like this custom-made would have been at least as much, and would take longer. I have other pieces in this collection from Copeland. Made from solid cherry with black walnut drawer pulls and beautifully finished, it is exceptional. Was supposed to be delivered in August but it arrived in July. Very pleased about that, along with the communication from Wayfair. The delivery was spot on--the 2 guys were nice as could be and were right on time. They handled the box carefully, and even carried it back to the bedroom rather than leaving it inside the front door. We had a nice chat and tipped them well! Piece of…! Box was damaged, however, that had nothing to do with the quality of the tree. The bark on the trunk was covered with flocking, part of which fell off. Also, the stand had overspray from the flocking, but was not completely covered. That may have been OK if it was completely covered, and if the trunk was completely covered, but it was not. Also, several branches had fallen off and the pin to connect the lower and upper part was missing. Quite frankly, it looked like they were rushing to get this out the door on time.. Customer.
