The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. We replaced our old toilet in our half bath with this one. It’s a pretty standard round toilet, no bells and whistles. It is very well made and is working great so far. The seat is plastic and it is soft close which is a nice feature. Our previous toilet was on the shorter side, this toilet is much taller at 19.5 inches, which makes a difference with my knees. It does come with a white flush handle but I replaced mine with a black handle as you can see in the pictures, it matched our decor much better. This toilet was mounted of an exterior wall. The plumber mounted the water supply coming out of the floor, 6" to the left of the drain. All the modern skirted toilets had a base of 12" or wider. I agree with the previous review. Just installed last weekend and, as a construction industry professional, I was disappointed by the following: 1. Can't get your hands or any type of tool adequately in to tighten toilet seat bolts. 2. If they ever loosen, you need to unfasten and remove toilet to tighten 3. Bidet seat hidden cord hole did not align with electrical or water supply of compatible Kohler bidet seat Had to run electrical and water outside of toilet. I would have chosen another toilet had I known that the cords would be exposed anyway. 4. When setting toilet, you can't see when it is properly aligned and set into trapway.
