My first one, came apart. Wayfair was great and replaced the chair. The second one see back came apart, but I still had parts from the defective chair to replace the back section of the newer chair. I'm pleased with the assembled product, which we were able to assemble despite the absolutely useless instructions. Loved that the chair is all black, love the vinyl material, that it is strong enough to hold me (275 pounds), that it isn't heavy and has the handle on top, is comfortable, fits under the desk beautifully, slides well, but there is a down side as well. Chairs need to have a seat height option of at least 20-22 inches for some who experience knee issues (I hope Flash Furniture sees this). Hence the lower star rating.
