The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. We have it for two years now. We got this one because it is the only one that can be installed with a built-in short kit, that supports low ceiling. We have a 7’8” ceiling and we wanted it to be installed in such a way that it will be both in the correct distance from the cooktop and now to low profile. It works great.. Oren. Redmond, WA.
