Beautiful, easy to install product that arrived undamaged, despite the long trek to Hawaii. Wayfair has AMAZING customer service, and they often deliver faster than their predicted arrival time. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). We replaced our shallow non-jetted 60 by 60 inch tub with this one which takes up way less space. It is deep and comfortable and there are a variety of ways you can use the jets and lights. I haven't used the aromatherapy part. I especially like that the tub cleans out the jets so water does not sit in the pipes molding. It does NOT have an in-line heater to keep the water warm. There are only 2 minor cons to this purchase: the tub is narrow and a tight fit for anyone pleasingly plump. There is not enough room to flip over and push up and out and the bottom of the tub is slippery. I had safety grit put down and a handrail to pull myself up with. Pros: values, finish, versatility of lights, smells, and jets with multiple settings, pipes purge and clean themselves after use Cons: narrow and a bit short (if you are over 5 feet tall you won't be able to stretch out completely.). We did have to return the tub the first time it got sent to us because it had a pretty big scratch down the inside, but working with Wayfair was so easy. This is a very nice-looking tub. But the picture does not represent. It is very skinny for a tub that size. In the middle there is only 21 inches. And there is a lot of tub space taken up by the design (wasted space). I have to say that this tub looks magnificent, has very powerful jets, and it far more comfortable than our previous cast iron circa 1958 tub.
