This is a great Air Conditioning unit! It came assembled and with all the pieces needed to run outside. We have it set up on a sun porch and love how fast it cools the space. This smart toilet is definitely smart! It opens up every time I walk by it. It’s going to take a little bit of a learning curve to figure out all of its abilities. It’s a comfortable seat and I love the warming feature. Cone the water line from a standard toilet to this is lower so my plumber had to move my water line. Bought this for our lower level that doesn’t have central air. Actually had to move and use this upstairs now that our central air has failed on the main floor. It’s been high 80’s this past week but with this thing on the main floor, it actually keeps it pretty cool even with the heat. Pretty impressive and it’s quiet! This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors.
