The first chair took me forever to assemble, but I used it as a learning experience. I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Overall a great find on this rocking chair. I love the matte black color and the resin material is just a game changer, no worries on scratching and peeling in the future. The quality is excellent. All pieces were well packaged and in perfect condition. You do need to assemble them, but pretty quick and easy to do so. It goes quicker with 2 people. They are comfortable to sit in but I do think a cushion is still required. It is solid once assembled but in the beginning does sort of pop and settle but I think that is due to the resin material and the metal screws adjusting to the movement.
