This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. I can't believe how quickly this toilet goes through a cycle of pushing the flush lever and when the water valve stops filling. It takes just over 30 seconds for the cycle. It does a great job clearing the bowl. I have read comments from some people who have complained about how it seems to get dirty too easily. I've been using the toilet for a week so I can't say if it gets dirty easily. But I wonder if they had read the cleaning instructions. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
