This bed is beautiful and very well made. The oak finish looks warm and rich, and the solid wood legs make it feel sturdy and durable. The design is classic and timeless, fitting easily with various bedroom styles. Overall, a great value for the price and a lovely upgrade to our bedroom. Very nice finish and overall quality. As others have noted, it would have been nice if several of the bolts on the headboard had been counter sunk and wooden pegs provided to cover up the bolt heads. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. You really need an electric drill to drive the screws that fasten the slats. Slats had spacing tape which really helped. Major complaint — I had difficulty attaching one rail on each of the two twin beds I assembled. I think one of the factory installed attachment post was slightly off because it was the same side that gave difficulty on each of the beds.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 18 2025
