I loved this sink and ordered one, but it was cracked along the wood grain the first time, and the replacement had the same issue in the exact same spot. However, Wayfair's customer service was excellent and they took really great care in sending replacements in a timely manner, and once we figured out it was a defective batch, they sent a third sink that was inspected before shipping and included extra packaging material to keep it safe during transit. Wayfair really made a great situation out of something that could have been horribly bad. As far as the sink itself, it looks beautiful in my kitchen and i love the size of it. My only complaint is that the bowl is not sloped down toward the drain, so significant amounts of water tend to pool in the corners unless it's wiped out every time. But I constantly use my sink with 3 kids in the house, and the pooled water doesn't bother me much. It's a beautiful and unique piece but perhaps there are more practical options out there.. Katie. So far so good. We are slowly replacing all of the stainless hardware in our kitchen which can get quite pricey. This sink checked all of our boxes and the price was nice. It looks a million times better than the stainless drainboard sink it replaced and we like the deep bowl. As for how ours is installed, I have an unfair advantage because my husband installs solid surfaces for a living. So he customized this drop-in sink and made it an undermount sink like he did with our previous drop-in drainboard sink. Time will only tell if this sink can withstand constant abuse from daily use and retain its clean white color. FYI, to those struggling with stains, 'Beekeepers Friend' cream cleanser is what my husband recommends to clean and remove stains from solid surfaces and it has always worked for me.. Jeni.
